
Cronut Creator Opening New Paris Las Vegas Restaurant December 6
Dominique Ansel is expanding his Las Vegas presence with Dominique Ansel Marché, opening December 6 at Paris Las Vegas. The 5,000-square-foot establishment will occupy the former JJ's Boulangerie space, offering both sweet and savory French delicacies.

The new venue will feature classic French market-inspired offerings, including:
- Fresh-made buckwheat crêpes
- Croissants and pastries
- Fresh fruit tarts
- Sandwiches and flatbreads
- Monthly rotating Cronut flavors

This marks Ansel's second Strip location, joining his successful Dominique Ansel Bakery at Caesars Palace. The James Beard Award-winning chef aims to recreate an authentic Parisian marketplace experience, complete with fresh-made delicacies and rotisserie chicken with French fries.
