Xfinity Live! Unveils $15M Expansion Plan Near Philadelphia Sports Complex
The Xfinity Live! entertainment complex in Philadelphia's Stadium District is undergoing its first major expansion since opening in 2012, with a $15 million investment announced by Comcast and The Cordish Companies.

The venue, strategically located between Citizen Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field, and Wells Fargo Center, will see significant upgrades including:
- A new two-story building featuring an upscale rooftop venue called AVA
- An open-air beer garden
- Expanded PBR Cowboy Bar
- Enhanced turf area for special events
- Dedicated food truck space
- State-of-the-art audio-visual systems and LED screens
- New community-focused artwork installations
The expansion builds upon The Cordish Companies' existing presence in Philadelphia, which includes the $700 million Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia that opened in 2021. The casino features:
- 2,000+ slot machines
- 140 table games
- 29-table poker room
- FanDuel Sportsbook
In 2023, Live! Philadelphia generated $136.9 million in slot revenue and $108.4 million in table game revenue, ranking eighth and third respectively among Pennsylvania's 17 brick-and-mortar casinos. Combined with their Pittsburgh location and online gaming operations, Cordish reported approximately $368.7 million in total gaming revenue for 2023, plus $40 million in iGaming revenue.
