Country music star Jason Aldean is set to open his new Las Vegas restaurant and honky-tonk on December 2 at 63 CityCenter, coinciding with the National Final Rodeo. The venue will compete directly with Blake Shelton's Ole Red across the Strip.

The new establishment features:

• Two music stages
• Six bars
• One outdoor terrace
• 22,500 square feet of space

This marks Aldean's fourth restaurant location, following successful venues in Nashville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. The menu highlights Southern cuisine, including signature dishes like Grandma's Pot Roast and Mama Aldean's Peach Cobbler.
