A Wyoming policymaker plans to reintroduce iGaming legislation in 2025, potentially adding the state to the select group that permits online casino gaming. This follows a recent gaming expansion study sponsored by the Wyoming Gaming Commission.

bet365 has established its Denver headquarters with plans to create 1,000 new jobs in the region, marking significant growth in the Rocky Mountain gaming market.

The Hard Rock Bristol casino construction is progressing rapidly, targeting an early summer 2024 opening. Meanwhile, the Colorado/Nebraska game generated more betting activity than the entire NFL Week 1 slate combined.

Recent legal developments include MAO Gaming's trademark infringement lawsuit against Ameristar Casino in Colorado, and a separate lawsuit against Ameristar Casino Black Hawk by a card counter claiming illegal detention.

Full House Resorts has sold Stockman's Casino in Fallon, Nevada, to Clarity Game LLC for $9.2 million, while also opening their new Chamonix casino hotel in Colorado. The company projects their Waukegan casino to open in 2027, claiming it will surpass both Wynn and Bellagio in quality.

The Black Hawk, Colorado casino market is approaching $1 billion in gross gaming revenue, with Monarch Casino leading the growth in the state's gaming sector. Colorado voters will soon decide on redirecting sports betting tax revenue to water projects.
