National Gambling Survey Reveals US Attitudes and Behaviors in NGAGE Study
The National Survey on Gambling Attitudes and Gambling Experiences (NGAGE) provides crucial data about gambling behaviors and attitudes across the United States. These surveys help develop prevention programs and promote responsible gambling practices.
The NGAGE survey series consists of two main studies:
NGAGE 1.0 (2018) Conducted following the Supreme Court's Murphy case ruling, this initial survey established a baseline for gambling attitudes and experiences before the widespread legalization of sports betting.
NGAGE 2.0 (2021) This follow-up study measured changes in national gambling attitudes and experiences compared to the 2018 baseline data.
