Las Vegas Strip's Cheapest Restaurant Ocean One Closes, Whataburger Expands

Ocean One Bar & Grille, a Las Vegas Strip staple known for its ultra-affordable dining, has permanently closed after nearly 20 years of operation at Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile Shops. The restaurant was famous for offering $5.99 lunches and $6.99 dinners.

Management posted a notice stating their lease expired and they're seeking a new location. However, this follows earlier complications, including a September eviction notice and temporary closure, after which they reopened with slightly increased prices of $7.99 for lunch and $8.99 for dinner.

In other Vegas dining news, popular TikTok food critic Keith Lee has relocated to Texas after eight years of reviewing Las Vegas restaurants. Lee, who amassed 16.7 million followers and was even parodied on SNL, expressed gratitude to the Vegas community in his farewell video.
