Las Vegas' renowned chef Julian Serrano will close Julian Serrano Tapas at Aria on Feb. 1, marking the end of his Strip presence following Picasso's closure at Bellagio. The tapas restaurant, known for its paella and Spanish delicacies, served guests for 15 years since December 2009.

Serrano, 74, retired in May, stepping away from both Picasso after 26 years and his involvement at Bellagio's Lago. Aria's President Ayesha Molino praised his culinary excellence and mentorship during his tenure.

• Holsteins Shakes & Buns will reopen in the Arts District this spring after closing at the Cosmopolitan
• Sinfull Sweets, a new food venue, is planned for T-Mobile Arena
• International Smoke at MGM Grand will close January 19, ending its run since 2019.
