Hot Job: Indianapolis Colts Seeking Premium Seating Account Manager - Sales Experience Required

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a Premium Seating Account Manager with proven sales experience in sports industry premium seating. This role combines sales expertise with client relationship management for suite, club seats, and Quarterback Suite seating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue goals for new business and renewals
- Generate and nurture sales leads through creative prospecting
- Conduct sales presentations via multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage client relationships through networking events and personal meetings
- Handle premium client services including payment collection and special requests
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Develop business plans with VP Premium Seating
- Work all Colts home games for networking and relationship building
- Create and execute annual client proposals
- Collaborate on premium client benefits and partnership opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of premium seating sales experience in sports industry
- Proven track record of successful sales results
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics (preferred)
- Flexible schedule for weekend and evening work
- Team-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation
