IT Support Intern Position - Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns NFL team is seeking an IT Support Intern to join their IT department's Help Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve Help Desk support tickets
- Configure new computers, including backup and imaging
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Handle user account management and password resets
- Manage company mobile phone accounts and plans
- Support meeting room technology setup
- Maintain organized workspace
Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Windows 10 and macOS 10.14 support expertise
- PC hardware troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Management Console and Active Directory knowledge
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
