Koncina Brisbon, 30, met the male victim at the hotel's Bleau Bar around 3:15 a.m. on May 19. After flirting and touching him, she allegedly spiked his drink while he was distracted. The pair then went to the front desk where the man registered a second room, separate from where he was staying with his wife.
Hours later, the man woke up fully clothed in the second room with no recollection of events and his valuables missing. His wife, who had been staying in their original room, found him after alerting hotel security.
Police identified Brisbon through surveillance footage and arrested her on November 8, charging her with burglary and theft over $100,000. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Brisbon is a known "trick roller" - someone who steals from victims after meeting them at bars.
Between 2021 and 2024, Brisbon was arrested 16 times on prostitution-related charges, including trespassing, soliciting, and grand larceny. She faces separate charges for similar Rolex watch thefts, having pleaded not guilty on September 18, with a trial scheduled for April 28, 2025.
