Violent Hustler Casino Robbery Suspect Charged in Multi-County Crime Spree
A Los Angeles man faces federal charges for a series of violent armed robberies, including an assault at Hustler Casino that left a woman with broken teeth and severe trauma.

Oshae Pollard, 21, allegedly committed multiple armed robberies between August 25 and September 22, 2023, targeting victims in casino and shopping center parking lots across Los Angeles and Orange counties.
In the Hustler Casino incident, Pollard allegedly:
- Attacked a woman in the parking lot
- Forced a gun into her mouth, breaking several teeth
- Threatened to kill her if she screamed
- Stole $1,000-$2,000 from her purse
Additional charges include:
- Robbing a taxi driver at gunpoint in Carson
- Stealing $44,000 worth of items from luxury car owners at Fashion Island
- Shooting at a Ferrari driver attempting to escape
- Shooting and wounding a victim at South Coast Plaza
The most violent confrontation occurred at South Coast Plaza, where Pollard allegedly shot a victim twice - in the hand and thigh. The injured victim fought back, repeatedly kicking Pollard before the suspect fled in a Kia Forte.
Pollard faces charges of interference with commerce by robbery and use of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. If convicted, he could face significant prison time.
U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada emphasized the case's priority under Operation Safe Cities, an initiative targeting violent gun crime through federal and local law enforcement collaboration.
