Max Verstappen is favored to secure his fourth consecutive drivers' title at the upcoming Las Vegas Grand Prix, scheduled for Saturday at 10 p.m. local time. The nighttime race will showcase the illuminated Strip as a dramatic backdrop, with cars reaching speeds up to 350 KPH (217 MPH) along the circuit.

Former F1 driver Mika Hakkinen anticipates a three-team battle between Red Bull, McLaren, and Ferrari. The Las Vegas Strip Circuit, the second-longest track in F1 after Spa-Francorchamps, features a 1.9km straight and challenging slow-speed corners around the Las Vegas Sphere.

Verstappen currently leads McLaren's Lando Norris by 62 points and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc by 86 points. For Norris to keep his title hopes alive, he must win the race, set the fastest lap, and hope Verstappen finishes outside the top 10.

Teams enter this year's race better prepared with data from last year's inaugural event. The desert climate and nighttime conditions make tire temperature management crucial for performance.

Betting odds heavily favor Verstappen, priced at 1/40 (-4000). His Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez sits at 100/1 (+10000), reflecting both his recent form and the improvements made by McLaren, Ferrari, and Mercedes.

If Verstappen secures the title, he'll join an elite group of drivers who've won four consecutive championships, including Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton, and Juan Manuel Fangio. Michael Schumacher holds the record with five consecutive titles.

With only two races and a sprint remaining in the F1 calendar, this weekend's Las Vegas Grand Prix could prove decisive in the championship battle.
