Soccer Head Coach Position - NCAA Division II Women's Team

The Quincy University Hawks are seeking a Head Coach for their Women's soccer program. This NCAA Division II team recently competed in the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the women's soccer program
  • Plan and supervise team practices and games
  • Recruit and evaluate student-athletes
  • Develop practice plans for regular and post-season
  • Oversee assistant coaches
  • Monitor student-athlete academic progress
  • Ensure compliance with NJCAA and Region 21 regulations
  • Attend college events and represent the program professionally

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Collegiate playing/coaching experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • NCAA rules and compliance knowledge
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines
  • Flexible schedule for non-traditional hours
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
