Security guards discovered the children in 26-degree weather, leading to child endangerment charges. Gamble's arraignment is scheduled for Monday.

In California, authorities arrested 65-year-old Walace Boyd near Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel for suspected methamphetamine possession. Boyd, who has previous drug convictions, was booked with bail set at $30,000.
In New York, 25-year-old Robert James Malcomson faces charges for providing alcohol to a 17-year-old girl in the Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack parking lot on December 29. The incident, which occurred alongside a domestic disturbance investigation, resulted in charges of unlawful dealing with a child. Malcomson was subsequently booked at Ontario County Jail.
