The College of the Holy Cross is currently seeking a Head Athletic Trainer to join their sports medicine team. This position requires extensive experience in athletic training and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive athletic training care to student-athletes
• Manage and supervise athletic training staff
• Collaborate with team physicians on rehabilitation procedures
• Oversee concussion protocol implementation
• Coordinate sports medicine coverage for all varsity teams
• Manage student-athlete medical referrals
• Handle medical insurance authorizations

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• 7+ years of NATA Certified Athletic Trainer experience
• Proven sports medicine program management expertise
• Massachusetts state licensure (or immediate eligibility)
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
• BOC certification
• Valid NPI Number
• NY state athletic training licensure (or eligibility)
