Dallas Aimer, staying on the 56th floor, described walking down stairs with his family due to non-functioning elevators, with no guidance from hotel staff. Similarly, Trianna Signorelli reported descending 56 flights of stairs without assistance or information.

Some guests, including Janet Kwon, were forced to find alternative accommodations at nearby properties like Sahara Las Vegas. A German couple nearly missed their wedding ceremony at Bliss Chapel due to being unable to access their formal wear and documents.

The Trump International Hotel released a statement on X (formerly Twitter) saying, "The safety & well-being of our guests and staff remain our top priority," while thanking local emergency services for their response.

By Thursday, the hotel had resumed normal operations:

  • Valet service operational
  • Registration desk open
  • Restaurant functioning
  • Repairs underway on damaged areas

The hotel management has not yet responded to media requests for comment regarding guest complaints.
