The 47-year-old female employee sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The vehicle crashed through a wall into an employee breakroom, though other staff members present avoided injury.
Louis Rosario Rodriguez, 41, the driver, was charged with aggravated DUI following the 11:30 p.m. incident. He suffered a minor cut near his left eye but was able to exit the vehicle independently.
"All of a sudden, the car came barreling through," Manchester Police Department spokeswoman Heather Hamel told WMUR. "Fortunately, there were no serious injuries."
The casino, which opened in August 2024 as part of a rebranding of several New Hampshire gaming properties, remained operational on Tuesday despite the incident. Damaged areas were boarded up Monday morning, though repair estimates weren't immediately available.
Revo Casino and Social House was created through the reorganization of multiple properties owned by the New Hampshire Group (NHG), including former Filotimo casinos in Manchester and Dover, Wonder Casino in Keene, and Lebanon Poker Room & Casino in Lebanon.
