The Carolina Hurricanes (NHL) are seeking a Commissary Manager to oversee their Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ordering, purchasing, and delivery of F&B supplies
• Source cost-effective food, supplies, and alcohol while maintaining quality
• Oversee concession areas' cleanliness and stock levels
• Monitor and maintain inventory transfer records
• Collaborate with F&B department team members
• Maintain sanitation standards in storage and concession areas
• Optimize cost of goods without compromising quality
• Process staff payroll using ABI timekeeping system

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong managerial experience
• Food and Beverage management background
• Inventory management expertise
• Staff supervision experience
